Description
Professional English editing and proofreading service is not that easy to find even though it might seem easy among the existing variety of online helpers. One may find anything really nowadays but far from everything is trustworthy. I have found a website I would want to share my opinion about today and I hope for this review to be of any value for true seekers of an excellent quality.
Advantages
The website is fast-paced due to small amount of pictures. It does not contain any additional information like advertisement and does not require any software to be able to view its content, which is error-free. There are also no empty pages or broken links. The colors are chosen wisely, not too much and colorful enough. There is a set of free options let alone a free sample is available to get. You may receive an academic proofreading, business proofreading, content creation and application review.
Disadvantages
Support team of the service clearly does not know how to cope with different situations, which might occur. Moreover, its representatives are far from knowing what it means to have a proper conversation with a customer. They are rather rude, incompetent and if I were to ask another support team representative each time, it would take me eternity to have my order accomplished.
Quality of paper
I am satisfied with the quality of paper even though it took me efforts to find a person who would agree to accomplish my paper as long as I had difficulties with it. I got my paper on time, thanks God (even though I do not believe in one). I do not believe in miracles to happen and I think we make our wishes come true and not just some magic power from above but I reckon I could call it a miracle when I finally got my paper done on here and it had a decent look.
Policy of price
There is a pricing given for standard turnaround time, 24 hour turnaround time, 12 turnaround time and express service, which is 6 hours turnaround time (super-fast, huh?) in the table of prices if to visit prices tab. It is right in Our Services section, the last option in the menu. You may surely get an instant quote if you ask for it. Leave your name, Email, subject, specific requirements and upload your document.
Order details
To make your order you may through Place Order button painted in orange. Click on it and… you will see the same short application form you see if to follow instant quote button. There is no magic. Upload the document and the system will calculate the quote for you. Make it complete through PayPal. Your document gets assigned and a writer starts working on it. There is MS track and you may monitor your work being proofreading and/or editing. Then you gets your document back via Email you kindly provide with while placing an order.
Conclusion
In general, I do not mind using the service again. Everyone works well, fast and it is cheap, cheaper than on here though money is not an issue for me but for most people it is. So, if you need a low price but a high quality plus a proper attitude, this service will not be in handy. What you see… is not always what you get.
